This role demands a consultative approach, deep system knowledge, and strong business acumen to align Workday solutions with organizational goals.
As part of the Workday IT team, you will be responsible for managing Workday ERP and Financial functions, financial reporting, system enhancements and day to day user support.
8\+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, including at least 2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
Proficient in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and condition rules.
Workday certifications in ERP, Financials functional areas are highly preferred.
Ability to lead cross\-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage functional workstreams independently.
This role requires the candidate to work in 2:30 to 11:30 PM IST shift or late evening US shift ( 5 PM IST to 2 AM IST ).
Basic knowledge of Salesforce/ Kantata applications to aid in understanding the financials flow is preferable.
Ability to grasp new business areas quickly and willingly, adaptability to new challenges
Exposure to any incident management tool viz CA service desk, Service NOW, JIRA, Freshworks etc. will be an added advantage
Wiling to work in 2:30 to 11:30 shifts or late evening US shift as and when needed.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills required
Ability to manage, track and progress the tasks assigned.
Ability to work with team members and exhibit Team work.
