DHH supports commercial and medical teams by delivering customer\-centric digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology\-enabled operating models that enable flexible go\-to\-market approaches, actionable insights, and personalized customer experiences in a regulated environment. Within DHH, the Content Creation and Storage team supports implementation and scaling of AEM Assets, Adobe Express, and GenAI\-enabled authoring in a regulated industry environment. **Role Purpose:** Serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across the Adobe ecosystem—translating complex marketing, regulatory, and operational needs into actionable specifications that drive configuration, development, integration, and roadmap decisions for AEM Assets and adjacent platforms. **Scope of Ownership \& Adjacent Responsibilities** * Own requirements definition for DAM operations, metadata governance, workflows, and Adobe ecosystem integrations. * Drive stakeholder alignment across marketing ops, creative, regulatory/MLR, and technical teams. * Contribute to platform roadmap by defining success metrics and prioritizing capabilities, including GenAI authoring and design system automation. * Establish and maintain living governance documentation (taxonomy, schemas, policies, workflow logic). **Key Responsibilities:** **Requirements \& Documentation** * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for DAM operations, metadata governance, content workflows, and Adobe Stack integrations. * Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Maintain living documentation for taxonomy standards, metadata schemas, governance policies, and workflow logic. * Document integration requirements between AEM Assets and adjacent systems including PromoMats/MLR platforms, CDP, and Adobe Express. **Stakeholder Engagement \& Alignment** * Serve as primary liaison between marketing operations, regulatory/MLR stakeholders, creative teams, and AEM development teams. * Facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder reviews. * Communicate platform capabilities and limitations clearly to non\-technical audiences. * Support alignment between Content Creation and Storage and CDP teams on shared roadmap priorities. **Platform \& Roadmap Support** * Contribute to product roadmap by identifying needs, prioritizing features, and defining success metrics. * Evaluate Adobe Stack features/releases for applicability, including GenAI content authoring tools and design system automation. * Support definition and rollout of design system standards within Adobe Platform, including Adobe Express templates and AEM Sites. **Quality \& Governance** * Define and validate acceptance criteria for DAM configurations, integrations, and custom developments. * Support UAT planning and execution. * Contribute to content governance frameworks, including AI\-generated content identification and disclosure standards. **What Success Looks Like** * Clear, testable requirements enabling predictable delivery across AEM Assets integrations and workflows. * Governance artifacts (taxonomy/metadata/workflow logic) that teams adopt and sustain. * Improved stakeholder alignment and faster decision\-making on roadmap priorities. * Quality releases validated through robust acceptance criteria and UAT discipline. **Qualifications \& Experience** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree required;
