Senior Specialist Component Verification Lab Planner

• *Your Role**

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support CVM CV planning team for planning and monitoring of lab resources

and capacity, and investment based on demand forecasting submitted by requestor

• Perform basic equipment/tester capacity check to verify the machine/tester

utilization. Align with lab engineers to verify machine capacity.

• Perform regular update for the monthly Headcount list based on the headcount

plan and headcount movement.

• Support on Asset Listing and material planning
• Support to Perform regular Rolling Forecast based on forecast horizon defined;

align with Client on forecast essential and confirmation of demand/contingent

corridor.

• Support to Prepare Service Bundle yearly based on forecast demand gathered and

defined contingent corridor, cost charging for respectiveproject lines.

• Support to Verify machine going rate regularly and effort conducted interms of

ATT vs ETT

• Support on basic training and coaching to new operation staff or CVMstaff for

Lab Planning topics.

• Strong cooperation with internal customer as well as with executionand

engineering staff.

• Performs any other related duties as assigned by the superior.
• Proactively participates of improvement potentials and continuousimprovement /

forecast accuracy within local/global planning team.

• Proactively share Best Practice within the local team.

• *Your Profile**

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics,Semiconductor

Technology, Microelectronics or equivalent)/AppliedScience or Diploma in

Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with minimum 3years of working experience

• Fresh entry (experience in semiconductor Componentverification/Validation

and/or device test methodology and planning/ IT knowhow will be an added

Advantage).
