Hiring: BIM Engineer – Architecture

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5–7 Years

Employment Type: Full\-Time

Mandatory \- 4 years BIM Experience.

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer – Architecture with strong expertise in Architectural BIM Modeling and multidisciplinary coordination to join a leading team delivering complex building and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit.
Produce plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.
Perform QA/QC checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with Structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
Manage models and documentation within BIM 360/ACC environments.
Ensure compliance with LOD/LOI requirements and BIM standards. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
5–7 years of BIM Architecture experience.
Minimum 4 years of hands\-on BIM project experience.
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM workflows, and documentation standards.
Experience in large\-scale building, infrastructure, or mission\-critical projects is preferred.
GCC project experience will be an added advantage.
