Supports and maintains MFT systems, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and client coordination.
- *Key Responsibilities*** Configure and support SFG, Connect:Direct, and SFTP transmissions
- Monitor and resolve file transfer failures
- Troubleshoot protocol and connectivity issues
- Support client onboarding and testing
- Manage encryption (PGP, SSH keys)
- Perform initial root cause analysis
