We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to review, analyze, and develop high\-quality documentation for Global Talent and Innovator Founder visa applications. This role requires exceptional research, analytical, and writing abilities, with a strong focus on producing documents that meet the highest professional and academic standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing original research work during their Master's degree or hold a PhD from a reputable institution in India or abroad.

*Key Responsibilities**

Review and analyse candidate profiles, achievements, and supporting evidence.
Draft, edit, and enhance professional documentation for Global Talent and Innovator Founder applications.
Conduct in\-depth research to strengthen application narratives and supporting arguments.
Ensure all documents are factually accurate, persuasive, and professionally structured.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working with complex information.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and prepare high\-quality submissions.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across all application documents.
Continuously improve document quality and internal writing standards.

*Requirements**

Master's degree with significant original research experience OR a PhD from a recognised institution.
Exceptional written English skills with strong grammar and editing capabilities.
Experience in academic writing, technical writing, research writing, policy writing, or similar fields.
Ability to critically analyse information and present it clearly and persuasively.
Strong research and fact\-checking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

*Preferred Qualifications**

Experience with visa, immigration, academic, legal, or grant\-writing documentation.
Published research papers, dissertations, or significant research projects.
Experience reviewing complex professional portfolios and evidence documents.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
