Senior Technical Writer – Global Talent & Innovator Founder Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to review, analyse, and develop high\-quality documentation for Global Talent and Innovator Founder visa applications. This role requires exceptional research, analytical, and writing abilities, with a strong focus on producing documents that meet the highest professional and academic standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing original research work during their Master's degree or hold a PhD from a reputable institution in India or abroad.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Review and analyse candidate profiles, achievements, and supporting evidence.
• Draft, edit, and enhance professional documentation for Global Talent and Innovator Founder applications.
• Conduct in\-depth research to strengthen application narratives and supporting arguments.
• Ensure all documents are factually accurate, persuasive, and professionally structured.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working with complex information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and prepare high\-quality submissions.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across all application documents.
• Continuously improve document quality and internal writing standards.

• *Requirements**

• Master's degree with significant original research experience OR a PhD from a recognised institution.
• Exceptional written English skills with strong grammar and editing capabilities.
• Experience in academic writing, technical writing, research writing, policy writing, or similar fields.
• Ability to critically analyse information and present it clearly and persuasively.
• Strong research and fact\-checking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with visa, immigration, academic, legal, or grant\-writing documentation.
• Published research papers, dissertations, or significant research projects.
• Experience reviewing complex professional portfolios and evidence documents.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
