Senior Telecaller

Job Description

Me2Kart is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Senior Telecalling Executive to lead, train, and manage a team of Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring team performance, achieving membership sales targets, and guiding new recruits during their training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Telecallers.
• Train and support new team members during their initial 10\-day Work From Home evaluation period.
• Ensure every Telecaller successfully achieves the required 10 Membership Plan enrollments to qualify for permanent employment.
• Monitor daily calling activities and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular follow\-ups and performance reviews.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle escalated customer queries and support the sales process.
• Submit daily and monthly performance reports to management.

Monthly Target

• Personal Target: Minimum 50 Membership Plan Sales per Month.
• Team Target: Ensure team members achieve their individual targets and maintain overall team performance.
• Consistently improve team conversion rates and customer engagement.

Eligibility

• Previous experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Team Handling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Good knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Note: The Senior Executive will be responsible for both personal sales performance and team success. Achieving a minimum of 50 memberships per month and ensuring team members meet their onboarding targets are key performance requirements.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
