Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI QA Partner to drive quality engineering, validation, evaluation, and governance for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions across the product.

• *Your future duties and responsibilities**

• Define and implement QA and Quality Engineering strategies for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and execute testing strategies for AI agents, multi\-agent workflows, and LangGraph\-based applications.
• Validate agent orchestration, including tool calling, task delegation, agent collaboration, context/memory management, and failure recovery.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks, test scenarios, benchmarks, and quality metrics for LLM and agent\-based applications.
• Validate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, consistency, hallucination, safety, and task completion.
• Test RAG solutions, including retrieval accuracy, context relevance, grounding, response quality, and citation accuracy.
• Validate prompt strategies and robustness across varied inputs, edge cases, and adversarial scenarios.
• Test MCP\-based integrations, including tools, servers, permissions, data access, and tool invocation.
• Validate integrations between AI agents and enterprise APIs, data services, applications, and external tools, including Amazon Bedrock\-based solutions.
• Develop Python\-based automation and AI regression frameworks for LLM and agent applications.
• Implement automated quality gates and AI evaluation within CI/CD pipelines, covering functional, performance, reliability, and resilience testing.
• Monitor and measure AI quality using metrics such as accuracy, groundedness, hallucination, task completion, tool\-call accuracy, reliability, and response latency.

Must to Have Skills\-

• Strong hands\-on experience in QA / Quality Engineering for Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, multi\-agent workflows, orchestration, tool calling, memory, context management, and agent collaboration.
• Hands\-on experience with LangGraph and validating agentic workflows and state transitions.
• Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and testing MCP tools, servers, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, and context augmentation.
• Hands\-on experience with Amazon Bedrock or similar enterprise GenAI platforms.
• Strong Python skills with experience in API automation and AI test automation.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, including hallucination, groundedness, relevance, prompt robustness, tool\-call accuracy, and agent task completion.
• Strong understanding of AI security, guardrails, responsible AI, governance, and adversarial testing.
• Experience with AWS, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, logging, monitoring, and observability.
