2\. Identify And Implement Opportunities For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools, Establishing Best Practices That Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.

3\. Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Such As Selenium And Junit, Ensuring Consistency And Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Defects.

4\. Develop And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Fostering Their Technical Capabilities And Driving Productivity Enhancements Within The Team.
