Grey Matters Group and Quezon Restaurant Chain are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor \& Content Creator who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and produce high\-quality content for social media, advertising, and brand marketing.
This role is not limited to video editing. The ideal candidate must understand content creation, videography, storytelling, social media trends, hooks, audience psychology, and content performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional videos using mobile phones, DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and related equipment
- Edit reels, advertisements, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and social media content
- Create engaging short\-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Develop strong video hooks and storytelling structures to improve audience retention
- Select suitable music, transitions, effects, and pacing to maximize engagement
- Handle basic photography and content shoots when required
- Coordinate with management regarding content planning and execution
- Organize and maintain digital content libraries and project files
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and content strategies
- Assist in creating content calendars and campaign execution
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional video editing experience
- Strong videography and camera handling skills
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects
- Experience with Photoshop and Canva
- Strong understanding of reels, short\-form videos, and social media content
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, audio recording, and composition
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, and edit content
- Basic English communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Stable employment history with a long\-term commitment mindset
Preferred
- Experience working with Education, Immigration, Hospitality, Restaurant, Lifestyle, or Personal Brands
- Experience creating viral social media content
- Knowledge of AI tools for video editing and content production
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Portfolio demonstrating high\-quality reels and marketing videos
Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
