About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and analytical SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, on\-page SEO, and performance tracking. Freshers with strong learning ability and interest in SEO and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities1\. On\-Page SEO Optimization
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags (H1–H3\), and URL structures for website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Support implementation of structured data/schema markup such as FAQPage, Course, and Breadcrumb schema.
- Prepare SEO\-friendly content briefs with proper keyword integration.
- Conduct on\-page SEO audits to identify:
- Missing meta tags
- Duplicate content
- Thin content pages
- Broken internal links
- Optimize images using proper alt text, file naming, and compression techniques.
- Improve internal linking structures across the website.
2\. Off\-Page SEO \& Link Building
* Assist in backlink acquisition through
- Guest posting
- Directory submissions
- Resource page outreach
- Identify backlink opportunities using tools like Ahrefs and Semrush.
- Monitor competitor backlinks and broken link opportunities.
- Maintain outreach records, follow\-ups, and backlink tracking sheets.
- Support backlink audits and identify spam or low\-quality links.
3\. Technical SEO Support
- Use Google Search Console and Screaming Frog to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, and technical SEO problems.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and report issues to the technical team.
- Assist in maintaining XML sitemaps and robots.txt files.
- Identify redirect chains, canonical tag issues, and duplicate URLs.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
4\. Keyword Research \& Content Planning
* Conduct keyword research using
- Google Keyword Planner
- Ahrefs
- Semrush
- Ubersuggest
- Identify high\-potential keywords for blogs, landing pages, and category pages.
- Map keywords according to search intent and funnel stages.
- Track trending topics and People Also Ask (PAA) opportunities.
- Support content planning and topical cluster development.
5\. Competitor Analysis
* Perform competitor SEO analysis including
- Keyword gap analysis
- Content gap analysis
- Backlink research
- Track competitors’ rankings and content strategies.
- Prepare competitor performance reports for the SEO team.
6\. Performance Tracking \& Reporting
* Monitor and report SEO performance metrics such as
- Organic traffic
- Impressions
- CTR
- Keyword rankings
- Average position
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Search Console, and SEO tools for reporting.
- Assist in creating SEO dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Maintain SEO activity logs and ranking reports.
- Suggest optimization opportunities based on data trends.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers with SEO internship or certification are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Journalism, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Passion for digital marketing and search engine trends.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on skills and experience)
