About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Off\-Page Specialist who can drive organic growth through high\-quality backlink acquisition, authority building, and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of increasing website authority, improving referring domains, and building white\-hat backlinks that positively impact rankings and organic traffic.

This role is focused on quality over quantity. We are looking for someone who understands how to build authoritative, relevant, and sustainable backlink profiles rather than relying on low\-quality link\-building tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute off\-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and domain authority.
• Acquire high\-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
• Increase the number of quality referring domains through ethical, white\-hat SEO practices.
• Identify backlink opportunities through competitor analysis and backlink gap analysis.
• Conduct outreach campaigns for guest posting, niche edits, resource links, digital PR, and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor backlink quality, anchor text distribution, and link profile health.
• Identify and disavow toxic or spammy backlinks when required.
• Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, webmasters, and industry influencers.
• Track Domain Rating (DR), Domain Authority (DA), Trust Flow, and other authority metrics.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to create link\-worthy assets.
• Maintain detailed reports on outreach activities, acquired links, referring domains, and SEO impact.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in Off\-Page SEO and Link Building.
• Strong understanding of Google's Webmaster Guidelines and white\-hat SEO practices.
• Experience with:
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Moz
• Majestic
• Google Search Console
• Strong outreach and relationship\-building skills.
• Ability to evaluate backlink opportunities based on relevance, authority, traffic, and trust signals.
• Understanding of anchor text strategy and link profile diversification.
• Experience in competitor backlink analysis and outreach campaign management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US, UK, Canada, or Australian SEO campaigns.
• Knowledge of Digital PR and HARO\-style outreach.
• Understanding of E\-E\-A\-T, entity SEO, and modern authority\-building strategies.
• Familiarity with Local SEO citation building and brand mention acquisition.
