We are looking for a data\-driven Senior SEO Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience to own and scale our organic search channel. You will lead our SEO strategy across technical optimization, on\-page content relevance, and authority building to drive measurable growth in organic traffic and conversions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Technical SEO: Conduct deep\-dive audits covering site architecture, schema markup, JavaScript rendering, and Core Web Vitals.
**Growth**: Perform advanced keyword research and competitor gap analysis to capture high\-intent search traffic.
**Analytics**: Track, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics using GA4, Search Console, and enterprise tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
**Collaboration**: Partner with development and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated from the ground up.
**Requirements**
**Experience**: 5\+ years of dedicated, professional SEO experience (agency or in\-house).
**Tools**: Expert\-level mastery of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Attributes: Analytical mindset with a track record of successfully reversing traffic drops and scaling rankings.
