• *Job Description**

Responsibilities: Independently design and implement customized supply chain solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S\&OP, Deployment Planning, Allocation Planning, and related functions, including process redesign, analytics, and digital interventions. Lead strategic supply chain projects end\-to\-end, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to translate Genpact solutions into market offerings and support training of sales resources on supply chain solutions. Act as a champion for all supply chain products and solutions, promoting adoption internally and with clients while ensuring alignment with business goals. Gather client intelligence and feedback to inform product development, validate solutions, and identify opportunities for innovation in supply chain processes. Demonstrate thought leadership by contributing to Blogs, Articles, Whitepapers, and other knowledge\-sharing platforms within the supply chain domain. Maintain expertise in supply chain technology tools and platforms (SAP SNP/DP, JDA SCP/DM, Llamasoft, Kinaxis Rapid Response) and apply them effectively to optimize client supply chain operations.**Qualifications**
