*Education:** ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering **Experience:** 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply)

*Job Objective:** We are seeking a dynamic Service Engineer to join our team at Powerlogix Electro Systems Pvt Ltd. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of company equipment at client sites. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring equipment uptime and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**On\-Site Technical Support:** Conduct installation, commissioning, and testing equipment at customer locations.
**Troubleshooting \& Repair:** Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions, identifying root causes to perform effective on\-site repairs.
**Preventive Maintenance:** Perform scheduled inspections and routine servicing to proactively prevent equipment breakdowns.
**Customer Training:** Demonstrate proper equipment usage and safety protocols to clients and end\-users.
**Documentation:** Maintain accurate service reports, installation checklists, and work orders via internal systems or mobile apps.
**Field Travel:** Travel to various client sites (local or Pan\-India) as required for breakdown support and service calls.

**Technical Proficiency:** Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and product manuals.
**Diagnostic Abilities:** Strong logical thinking for troubleshooting electrical or mechanical systems.
**Communication:** Excellent verbal skills to explain technical issues clearly to non\-technical customers.
**Customer Orientation**: A professional and polite demeanor when handling customer queries and complaints.
**Physical Readiness:** Willingness to work flexible hours and travel frequently. Mandatory Assets: Possession of a valid two\-wheeler driving license.
