**Customer Training:** Train clients on the correct operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab instruments.
**Preventive \& Breakdown Maintenance:** Conduct scheduled maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime and enhance instrument performance.
**Technical Support \& Troubleshooting:** Provide on\-site and remote assistance for resolving technical issues faced by customers.
**Calibration \& Quality Assurance:** Perform calibration and validation of testing instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
**Customer Query Resolution:** Address technical concerns and provide quick, effective solutions to customer inquiries.
**Spare Parts Management:** Ensure the availability and timely replacement of critical spare parts to avoid service delays.
**Service Documentation \& Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of service visits, complaints, repairs, and customer feedback.
**Adherence to Safety \& Compliance:** Follow safety protocols and industry guidelines while handling equipment and servicing instruments.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams:** Work closely with sales, production, and R\&D teams to provide product improvement feedback and enhance service efficiency
**Customer Site Visits (Bike required):** Regularly visit customer locations for installation, service, and support.
