Service Head - After-Sales Service Division

• *Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Service Vertical as the Service Head. This senior role is integral to ensuring the successful deployment of after\-sales services and driving business opportunities within this arena.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the after\-sales service operations, including warranty services, maintenance contracts, and equipment reconditioning.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for service operations, focusing on efficiency, cost\-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Deploy and allocate manpower effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available at various sites.
• Oversee and mentor a diverse team of service engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance service offerings and business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets and closely monitor service performance metrics.
• Engage directly with clients to address service needs, feedback, and build long\-term relationships.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.** Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 \- 15 years of hands\-on experience in maintenance activities of similar sophisticated equipment.
• Comprehensive expertise in **mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, including PLC maintenance.**
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and strategic planning.
• Exceptional problem\-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
