Service Head - Roofing Installation & Fitting

We are hiring for roofing fitting services—from site inspection and estimation to installation, quality checks and customer handover. Build a reliable team of fitters and contractors to deliver safe, timely and profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

\- Build the fitting team: Recruit, train and manage supervisors, fitters and installation contractors across our service areas.

\- Inspect sites: Check measurements, site readiness, access and installation requirements before quoting or starting work.

\- Prepare estimates: Calculate labour, accessories, equipment, transport and other fitting costs in coordination with the sales team.

\- Plan execution: Allocate teams, prepare schedules and coordinate material delivery with the factory and dispatch teams.

\- Ensure quality: Check sheet alignment, fasteners, overlaps, flashing, ridge fitting, drainage and leak prevention according to approved specifications.

\- Maintain safety: Enforce work\-at\-height procedures, PPE, safe lifting and proper use of installation equipment.

\- Manage customers: Act as the main contact for fitting\-related updates, site issues, complaints and handover.

\- Control costs: Monitor labour productivity, material wastage, contractor bills and project profitability.

\- Handle after\-sales service: Resolve leakage and workmanship complaints promptly, identify causes and prevent repeat issues.

\- Maintain records: Track site measurements, work orders, progress photographs, quality checklists, completion certificates and customer feedback.

Candidate Requirements

\- Preferably 7–10 years of experience in roofing installation, PEB erection, industrial sheds or related site execution, including team management.

\- Practical knowledge of metal roofing sheets, flashings, fasteners, waterproofing and installation methods.

\- Experience managing multiple sites, labour contractors, costing and customer complaints.

\- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred; strong hands\-on candidates may also be considered.

\- Willingness to travel extensively across North East India.

\- Ability to communicate in Hindi; Assamese and English will be an advantage.

Compensation: Based on experience, with performance incentives linked to service quality and profitability.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
