Service Lab Account Manager (Sales Team) - Chennai

Service Lab Account Manager \- Chennai, will be responsible for promoting laboratory diagnostic services and tests. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. The incumbent will identify new business opportunities, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure effective market coverage within the designated territory. Maintain regular and informative communications with team members including cross\-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Sales Team, etc.

• *Location :** Chennai

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Drive sales growth and market share expansion for Critical Care products across the assigned region
• Launch new products in the critical care segment successfully across hospital and institutional channels
• Manage and develop Key Accounts \- Corporate Hospitals, Multispecialty Centers, Government Institutions, and Diagnostic Labs
• Build strong relationships with super specialists in therapeutic areas like Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Nephrology, and Intensive Care
• Ensure timely coordination with the marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives

• *Qualification :**

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences
• MBA in Marketing is highly preferred

• *Experience :**

• 2 to 3 years’ Sales Experience with Leading Diagnostic Lab, MNCs, or Top Indian Pharma Companies will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or key performance indicators
• Proven success in hospital / institutional sales, product launches, and key account management
• Prior experience working across Chennai is preferred
