\- Ensure adherence to service SOPs
\- Monitor daily service activities
Team Leadership \& Engineer Management
\- Lead service engineers and CSO
\- Balance workload and resolve issues
\- Conduct weekly service review meetings
Customer Management \& Escalations
\- Handle customer escalations
\- Maintain key customer relationships
AMC \& Preventive Maintenance Control
\- Ensure AMC and preventive service compliance
\- Improve renewal and retention
Service Planning \& Resource Management
\- Plan manpower and travel
\- Coordinate spares availability
Reporting \& Data Control
\- Review service registers and dashboards
\- Submit weekly and monthly reports
QUALIFICATION \& EXPERIENCE
\- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical
