• Fleet / Vehicle Uptime \& Workshop Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Service Revenue and Gross Profit Margins
• Warranty recovery rates and comeback (repeat) repair percentages
• Accounts Receivable and invoice aging
• **Experience:** 3\-5\+ years in commercial automotive or heavy vehicle workshop management.
• **Education:** Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• **Skills:** Strong understanding of LMV mechanics, diagnostic tools, Fleet Management Software, and P\&L (Profit \& Loss) analysis

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
