Shri Sirisha Auto Pvt Ltd is looking for a Service Manager to oversee daily service operations, manage workshop activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the service team to achieve business and performance targets.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage day\-to\-day service center operations.
Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and quality service.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Monitor workshop productivity and service revenue.
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with parts and sales departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
*Requirements**
Experience: 4–5 years in Automobile Service Operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant field preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Knowledge of workshop management, service processes, and MS Office.
Ability to work under targets and operational deadlines.
