Service Support Engineer , Batching Plants

1\. Job Purpose

 Overview

The Service Support engineer will play a crucial role in assisting our batching plant

service teams in CRM administration, ERP management, and batching plant software

troubleshooting. While CRM and ERP expertise are required, troubleshooting skills

will be developed through comprehensive on\-the\-job training.

2\. Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration

 Manage and update customer data in the CRM system to maintain accuracy and

completeness.

 Provide user support for CRM workflows and processes.

 Generate and analyse CRM reports to support decision\-making.

ERP Management

 Operate and manage ERP modules relevant to service, inventory, and maintenance

functions.

 Address ERP\-related queries and support service team members in resolving

system issues.

Batching Plant \& Batching plant Software Troubleshooting

 The individual should possess the technical aptitude in servicing and maintenance of

batching plants.

 On\-the\-job training will be provided to enhance practical skills in servicing batching

plant systems.

 Learn and support troubleshooting of batching plant software under senior engineers’

guidance.

 Collaborate with service engineers to resolve software\-related issues in real\-time.

Pay: ₹250,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
