What will your role look like

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, and other modules.

Develop scalable, flexible, and sustainable ServiceNow architectures that align with business objectives.

Design ServiceNow solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in implementation, coding, and configuration.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for teams and stakeholders. Implementation \& Integration

Oversee the end\-to\-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

Ensure the successful integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third\-party applications).

Manage and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation phase. Governance \& Best Practices

Establish and enforce governance around ServiceNow platform usage, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring solutions are well\-documented and aligned with architectural principles.

Perform regular reviews and audits of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it remains optimized and scalable.

Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment between IT and business strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow can address business challenges.

We would like you to bring along

Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and GRC modules.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and other IT service management frameworks.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), configuration, and customization.

Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and enterprise architecture.

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
