• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow Developer** with strong expertise in Domain Separation, ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience working in managed services or multi\-tenant environments, with the ability to develop, customize, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in domain\-separated and multi\-tenant environments.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Case Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Manage platform upgrades, plugin maintenance, and upgrade impact analysis.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Build complex workflows and automate business processes using Flow Designer, custom actions, and sub\-flows.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and JavaScript\-based solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, including scoped applications, update sets, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• 7\+ years of hands\-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in **ServiceNow Domain Separation** and multi\-tenant environments.
• Deep understanding of **ITSM and CSM modules**.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, custom actions, and sub\-flows.
• Hands\-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
• Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and server\-side/client\-side scripting.
• Experience with platform upgrades, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security, performance optimization, and development best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• *Good to Have**

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• CSM, TPSM, or Integration\-related certifications.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with large\-scale ServiceNow implementations and upgrade planning.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹130,000\.00 per month
