• *Job Description**

We are looking for a technically strong and hands\-on **ServiceNow ITOM Developer** with 7\+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, automation, ITOM, and CMDB.

The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills, along with practical experience in Flow Designer, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and troubleshooting complex platform issues.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM.
• Build and maintain Flows, Subflows, Flow Designer Actions, and automation workflows.
• Develop and troubleshoot solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Work on ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB, including CI relationships, discovery data, and infrastructure information.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise/infrastructure systems.
• Troubleshoot platform, workflow, integration, and automation issues.
• Perform root\-cause analysis and implement appropriate solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices to build scalable and reusable solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and automation teams.
• Support testing, deployment, production issues, and ongoing enhancements.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• 7\+ years of hands\-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting fundamentals.
• Hands\-on experience with Flow Designer, Flows, Subflows, and automation.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITOM fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CI relationships, and data models.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to independently understand requirements and develop technical solutions.

• *Good\-to\-Have Skills**

• Domain Separation experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management.
• Knowledge of events, alerts, alert processing, correlation, and operational monitoring.
• Exposure to ServiceNow Discovery and infrastructure discovery.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring and infrastructure tools.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or ITOM\-related certifications.

• *Ideal Candidate Profile**

We are looking for a hands\-on technical developer rather than someone with only theoretical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration. Candidates must be comfortable with scripting, automation development, troubleshooting, and working across ITOM and CMDB capabilities.

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
