Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Sales Lead Location: Remote Work Schedule: US Shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) Experience: 4–6 Years About the Role We are seeking a results\-driven ServiceNow Sales Lead to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the end\-to\-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience selling ServiceNow solutions, a solid understanding of the IT industry, and expertise in SaaS/B2B sales. Key Responsibilities \- Drive end\-to\-end sales for ServiceNow solutions across enterprise clients. \- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities. \- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. \- Conduct discovery calls, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable ServiceNow solutions. \- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and presentations. \- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. \- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets. \- Stay updated on ServiceNow offerings, market trends, and competitor activities. Required Qualifications \- 4–6 years of overall sales experience. \- Minimum 2 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions. \- Strong knowledge of the IT services industry and SaaS/B2B sales. \- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. \- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. \- Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management abilities. \- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during US working hours. Preferred Qualifications \- ServiceNow Certification(s) are highly preferred. \- Experience working with enterprise clients and global customers. \- Understanding of ServiceNow modules and the ServiceNow ecosystem.
