• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow SOMT Solution Architect** with 8\+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Telecom Service Management. The ideal candidate should have experience designing telecom/fiber Quote\-to\-Order, Order\-to\-Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, and MACD processes, along with practical knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

The candidate should be capable of designing scalable solution architectures, managing enterprise integrations, engaging with stakeholders, and providing solutioning and presales support.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Telecom SOMT Architecture**

• Design end\-to\-end ServiceNow SOMT architecture for telecom and fiber services.
• Design Quote\-to\-Order, Order\-to\-Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, and Closure processes.
• Define New Order and MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) lifecycle processes.
• Define Product, Service, and Resource relationships across the telecom service lifecycle.
• Design reusable and scalable telecom fulfillment patterns.
• Define integrations with CRM, CPQ, Billing, Inventory, Network/OSS, and ERP systems.

• *2\. ServiceNow SPM Experience**

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and its alignment with SOMT.
• Design solutions using SPM Project and Project Portfolio Management capabilities for telecom implementation and delivery initiatives.
• Work with Project Charters, Projects, Tasks, Dependencies, Milestones, Planned vs. Actual Dates, and Project Status Tracking.
• Leverage SPM Epics and related functionality to manage business initiatives and delivery requirements.
• Define the appropriate boundaries between standard SPM capabilities and SOMT/custom extensions.
• Align SOMT Order and Service lifecycle processes with SPM project and delivery management.
• Recommend standard ServiceNow capabilities wherever possible while minimizing unnecessary customization.

• *3\. Solution Architecture \& Integration**

• Create end\-to\-end solution architecture, functional architecture, and integration designs.
• Define data flows and integrations across SOMT, SPM, CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Identify gaps between standard ServiceNow capabilities and business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective architecture.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• 8\+ years of overall IT / Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly SOMT / Telecom Service Management.
• Experience designing telecom/fiber Quote\-to\-Order and Order\-to\-Cash / Order\-to\-Fulfillment solutions.
• Good understanding of MACD processes and telecom product/service lifecycle management.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow SPM, including Projects, Project Tasks, Dependencies, Milestones, Epics, and portfolio/project tracking.
• Experience deciding when to use standard SPM/SOMT functionality versus custom development.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, solutioning, and presales experience.

• *Ideal Candidate Profile**

• Strong telecom domain knowledge, preferably in fiber and telecom service fulfillment.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and recommend end\-to\-end solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and support critical project requirements.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
