• *Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer with 10\+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience and strong hands\-on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

The ideal candidate should have experience configuring, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow SPM applications, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Idea Management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow SPM/PPM applications.
• Work on Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Configure SPM data models, portfolio structures, prioritization, and scoring.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Participate in testing, deployment, upgrades, and release management.
• Maintain technical documentation and support end\-user training.

• *Required Skills**

• 10\+ years of hands\-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM / Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Hands\-on experience with Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Knowledge of Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Idea Management.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Hands\-on experience with Flow Designer and Workflows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, forms, data imports, and transformation maps.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS\-SPM certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
• Knowledge of MID Server and Performance Analytics.
• Experience in enterprise\-level SPM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• *Education**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
