About the Role

Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to manage, customise, optimise and maintain our e\-commerce website.

We need someone with strong hands\-on Shopify development experience who can independently handle website improvements, custom features, integrations, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.

The ideal candidate should understand both technical development and the requirements of a growing D2C e\-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customise and maintain Shopify themes and storefront functionality.
• Build responsive, visually consistent and user\-friendly website experiences.
• Work with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Implement custom sections, templates, features and functionality.
• Manage Shopify apps, third\-party integrations and payment gateway configurations.
• Optimise website speed, mobile responsiveness, usability and technical SEO.
• Troubleshoot website bugs, checkout issues and technical errors.
• Improve product pages, collections, navigation and overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and operations teams on website requirements.
• Maintain website stability, security, functionality and regular updates.
• Support conversion rate optimisation through technical and user\-experience improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant Shopify development experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Proven experience customising Shopify themes and developing custom functionality.
• Understanding of Shopify APIs, apps and third\-party integrations.
• Experience with mobile optimisation, website performance and debugging.
• Familiarity with e\-commerce workflows, payment gateways and checkout processes.
• Ability to independently manage development tasks from requirement to deployment.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience with Shopify Plus, Git, custom app development or D2C brands will be an advantage.

Important Clarification

This is a hands\-on technical development position, not a website administration or product\-uploading role.

Candidates must have practical Shopify coding and customisation experience. Familiarity with Shopify's admin panel alone will not be sufficient.

Compensation \& Work Location

• Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month.
• Maximum salary cap: ₹60,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, technical skills and interview assessment.
• Full\-time, in\-office position in Gurugram, Haryana.
• Immediate or early joiners preferred.
