Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the showroom sales team, achieving sales targets, increasing market share, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall business growth for the two\-wheeler dealership. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to maximize performance. Monitor showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service. Track daily sales activities, inquiries, bookings, and retail deliveries. Conduct sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training programs for sales executives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer retention and referrals. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead\-generation activities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Ensure proper stock planning and coordination with inventory and operations teams. Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management. Required Qualifications \& Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the two\-wheeler industry. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of sales management, customer relationship management, and dealership operations. Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of sales targets. Team productivity and performance. Customer satisfaction scores. Lead conversion ratio. Market share growth and revenue generation. Reporting To: General Manager
