**Sales Target Achievement:** Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets for new and/or used vehicles.
**Team Leadership \& Training:** Recruit, train, and mentor Relationship Managers and Sales Executives. Lead daily huddles and monitor individual manpower productivity.
**Showroom \& Inventory Management:** Maintain brand standards for showroom displays and vehicle merchandising. Oversee inventory, ensuring adequate stock, test\-drive vehicles, and logistics support.
**Customer Experience (CSI/SSI):** Ensure top\-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores. Handle high\-level negotiations and professional escalations.
**Finance \& Value\-Added Services (VAS):** Drive revenue through insurance, auto financing, extended warranties, and genuine accessories.
**Data Reporting \& Marketing:** Track conversion ratios, footfall, and lead\-to\-delivery metrics via CRM/DMS platforms. Collaborate with marketing for local promotions and BTL (Below\-the\-Line) campaigns.
