Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer\-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership team. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom walk\-ins, understanding customer requirements, demonstrating vehicles, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and explain features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives for prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk\-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Keep up\-to\-date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Ensure showroom displays and vehicles are maintained in excellent condition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or showroom sales.
- Valid driving license with the ability to conduct test drives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Customer\-focused approach with a passion for sales.
