Site Engineer (Civil)

The role will involve reviewing civil engineering designs, supervising site construction

activities, and ensuring quality compliance during civil execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. Engineering Review \& Technical Coordination: Work closely with the engineering

team to ensure all civil and structural engineering deliverables meet project

requirements and specifications. Review and cross\-check civil drawings, structural

drawings, foundation designs, and construction details.

2\. Vendor \& Fabrication Coordination: Coordinate with civil contractors, suppliers, and

subcontractors during construction activities. Ensure civil works are executed

according to approved drawings, project specifications, and engineering standards.

3\. Quality Assurance \& Inspection: Conduct site inspections to verify quality of civil

construction activities including foundations, structural works, and concrete works.

Verify compliance with material specifications, reinforcement detailing, and

construction standards.

4\. Site Construction Supervision: Supervise civil construction activities including

foundations, equipment pedestals, structural supports, and other plant infrastructure

works. Ensure civil work is carried out in accordance with approved engineering

drawings and construction schedules.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in industrial construction projects, civil engineering

execution, or structural works.

• Experience in industrial plants, energy projects, infrastructure projects, or EPC

project environments preferred.

• Strong attention to technical detail
• Practical understanding of construction processes and site management
• Ability to work across engineering design, contractor coordination, and site

execution functions

• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: Up to ₹60,000\.00 per month
