SITE ENGINEER

• **Technical advice**: Providing technical advice to subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
• **Project planning**: Developing project plans, analyzing survey reports, and calculating material quantities
• **Quality control**: Ensuring that materials and work meet specifications, and implementing quality control processes
• **Communication**: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals
• **Project monitoring**: Monitoring progress, reporting issues, and creating work schedules
• **Documentation**: Maintaining detailed records and reports
