Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer – Finishing to supervise and execute finishing activities for high\-rise residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors, and completing finishing activities within the stipulated project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in high\-rise residential construction, particularly in apartment finishing works, quality inspections, snagging, and pre\-handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Finishing Work Execution**

• Supervise and execute finishing activities in high\-rise residential towers and apartment units.
• Monitor internal and external finishing works as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Supervise plastering, wall putty, painting, tiling, marble, granite, flooring, and skirting activities.
• Coordinate installation of doors, windows, aluminium frames, glass fittings, and hardware.
• Supervise waterproofing works in toilets, balconies, terraces, and other designated areas.
• Monitor false ceiling, gypsum, POP, and other interior finishing activities.
• Ensure proper execution of bathroom and kitchen finishing, including sanitary fixtures, CP fittings, and related installations.
• Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and surface quality at every stage of execution.

• *2\. Site Supervision \& Coordination**

• Manage daily finishing activities across multiple floors and residential units.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and other site engineers.
• Monitor labour deployment, productivity, material availability, and daily work progress.
• Ensure finishing activities are executed according to the approved work schedule.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, and MEP teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Report site progress, execution issues, and material requirements to the Project Manager.

• *3\. Quality Control \& Inspection**

• Ensure finishing work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
• Identify defects and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Ensure proper workmanship and consistency across apartments, common areas, lobbies, corridors, and staircases.
• Maintain inspection records and finishing quality checklists.

• *4\. Snagging \& Handover**

• Conduct snagging and de\-snagging inspections for residential apartments and common areas.
• Coordinate rectification of finishing defects before final inspection and handover.
• Ensure flats are completed according to project quality standards and handover schedules.
• Coordinate with quality, MEP, and CRM teams to resolve pending issues before possession.

• *5\. Documentation \& Safety**

• Maintain daily progress reports, work completion records, and material consumption details.
• Track finishing work against project milestones and identify potential delays.
• Ensure proper material utilisation and minimise wastage.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain housekeeping across work areas.

Required Skills

• Hands\-on experience in finishing works for high\-rise residential buildings.
• Strong knowledge of apartment finishing, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and waterproofing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings.
• Knowledge of line, level, alignment, and finishing quality standards.
• Experience in contractor management, labour coordination, and site execution.
• Understanding of snagging, de\-snagging, and apartment handover procedures.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and site progress reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in high\-rise residential towers, luxury apartments, group housing, and multi\-storey residential projects will be preferred.

Candidates should have practical experience managing finishing activities across multiple floors, coordinating finishing contractors, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring timely completion of residential units.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
