Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and project teams. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of site experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Supervise day\-to\-day construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Ensure quality execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and structural activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, and workers for smooth execution of work.
Assist in site measurements, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation.
Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site regulations.
Check levels, alignment, dimensions, and site measurements as per drawings.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), work records, and site documentation.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage to senior engineers/project managers.
Assist in billing measurements and preparation of work progress reports.
Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for technical solutions.
Ensure project activities are completed within quality, time, and safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors when required.
Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of site experience in building construction, infrastructure, or civil projects.
Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction practices is an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
