Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./**B.Tech** in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer – MEP to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day\-to\-day MEP installation activities at the project site.
Ensure execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, and maintenance.
Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of site safety practices and quality standards.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large\-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Distribution, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
Strong problem\-solving and coordination abilities.
