About the Role

Reliable Realties is looking for a skilled, professional, and well\-presented **Site Engineer with prior real estate construction experience**. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a sophisticated personality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day\-to\-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and construction timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure proper execution of civil works, including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and labour attendance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve site\-related technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with senior management and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials to minimize delays and wastage.

Mandatory Requirements

• **3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate construction is mandatory.**
• Candidates from non\-real\-estate backgrounds will not be considered.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi are mandatory**.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Professional appearance, polished communication, and a sophisticated personality.
• Strong coordination, problem\-solving, leadership, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.

Salary \& Benefits
