Site Engineers oversee Government Road/ Drain construction projects directly on site, applying engineering knowledge to manage operations, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate between govt officials, architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver successful projects.
- **Project Supervision**
- Manage daily site operations and supervise crew members.
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections for safety compliance.
- **Technical Support**
- Interpret and implement construction plans and blueprints.
- Provide technical advice to subcontractors and workers.
- Resolve engineering and construction issues promptly.
- **Coordination \& Communication**
- Liaise with architects, clients, and local authorities.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, changes, and reports.
- **Quality \& Safety**
- Enforce health and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks.
- Implement risk assessments and preventive measures.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- **Experience:** 6\-10years of Prior work in Road/ Drain construction or engineering roles.
