Site Engineer

Job Location : Palakkad, Trissur, Kochi

Experience : Freshers / Experience candidates

Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day\-to\- day construction activities at the site
• Coordinate with contractors , subcontractors, and site labour
• Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports
• Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures.
• Report daily site progress, challenges, delays, and requirements to the Project Manager / Project Head.
• Monitor and complete pending works within the scheduled timeline.
• Prepare snag lists and coordinate with the concerned teams for rectification.
• Ensure all assigned construction works are completed as per quality standards before handover.
• Attend site\-related complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper communication between the site team, office team, and management.
