Job Overview

We are looking for a result\-oriented Site Sales Manager to manage on\-site property sales activities, lead the sales team, handle customer visits, and achieve project booking targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities at the project site.
• Supervise and guide the site sales team.
• Handle walk\-in customers and property inquiries.
• Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and close sales.
• Monitor lead conversion and booking performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams.
• Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
