Site Supervisor – Luxury Residential Construction

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 5–10 years preferred

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification with proven site experience.

We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on Site Supervisor for our real estate development company, with mandatory practical knowledge of structural work and high\-quality finishing of luxury builder floors and premium residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities \& Requirements

\* Structural \& Civil Work: Practical knowledge of RCC structures, columns, beams, slabs, brickwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and other civil construction activities.

\* Luxury Finishing: Strong knowledge of premium flooring, marble and stonework, tiles, wall finishes, painting, false ceilings, carpentry, woodwork, modular fittings, doors, windows, joinery, and bathroom and kitchen finishing.

\* Drawing Understanding: Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and working drawings and execute work as per approved specifications and dimensions.

\* MEP Coordination: Basic working knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing, drainage, HVAC/air\-conditioning, and coordination of other MEP services with civil and finishing activities.

\* Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, painting, and other subcontractors to ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule.

\* Site Execution: Allocate daily tasks, monitor manpower, check material availability, maintain workflow, and ensure that work progresses without unnecessary delays.

\* Quality Control: Inspect workmanship at every stage, maintain premium finishing standards, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification before subsequent work begins.

\* Measurement \& Material Control: Verify site measurements, monitor material consumption, minimise wastage, and coordinate material requirements with the project team.

\* Site Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to resolve site issues and avoid rework.

\* Progress \& Safety: Maintain daily progress updates, report delays and technical issues, follow site safety requirements, and maintain a clean and organised worksite.

\* Snagging \& Handover: Ensure completion of pending work, rectify snags, and deliver the property to the required quality standards.

Ideal Candidate

\* Must have hands\-on experience in luxury builder floors, premium residences, or high\-end residential apartments.

\* Strong practical knowledge of both structural work and luxury finishing is mandatory.

\* Must be able to get work executed through subcontractors rather than merely supervise or report progress.

\* Should be disciplined, proactive, quality\-conscious, and capable of managing site manpower independently.

\* Must take ownership of daily targets, workmanship, timelines, material usage, and coordination between trades.
