To guarantee the efficient completion of civil, structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing work across all project buildings, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers. To prevent delays, you must keep an eye on developments and quickly resolve any site\-related problems.
In order to ensure that reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing work adhere to project specifications and industry standards, you will be in charge of quality control.
You are responsible for enforcing all safety rules and site safety protocols, conducting frequent safety briefings, ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) is used appropriately, and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
To accomplish effective project execution and reduce waste, you will oversee labor deployment, keep an eye on worker productivity, plan the use of construction equipment, and regulate material consumption.
You will keep daily site records, create progress reports, keep an eye on how much labor and materials are being used, and give the project manager and upper management regular updates.
You will oversee utility installations, industrial flooring, structural work, and related infrastructure projects for the industrial buildings. You will be in charge of architectural finishes, MEP services, firefighting systems, HVAC installations, and interior fit\-out work.
You are responsible for making sure the entire project is carried out safely, finished on time, and delivered in compliance with the project specifications and necessary quality standards.
