Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement for our retail and e\-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Create and schedule social media posts, reels, and promotional content.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaigns.
Track and report social media performance metrics.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/SMO.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online branding.
Strong communication and creative skills.
Experience in Retail or E\-commerce industry is preferred.
