Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency and be capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams including Social Media, Design, Performance Marketing, and Content.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings, review calls, and project discussions.
• Coordinate campaign planning, content calendars, approvals, and execution timelines.
• Track project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross\-selling services.
• Maintain project documentation, MOMs, and communication records.

Requirements

• 3\+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Advertising.

Preferred Industry \- Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, Media Agency.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
