• **Social Media Executive (1–2 Years):***

• *Role Summary**

Manage and scale FPA’s social media presence with high\-engagement, trend\-driven content across platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Create \& publish reels, posts, stories, carousels

· Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts \& X

· Write captions, hooks \& CTAs aligned with brand voice

· Track trends, performance \& prepare weekly reports

· Support campaigns, webinars \& course promotions

• *Requirements**

· 1–2 years of social media experience

· Strong understanding of Instagram \& LinkedIn algorithms

· Good copywriting \& content sense

· Familiarity with Canva, Meta tools \& Google Sheets
