Role Overview We are looking for a smart, creative and result\-oriented Social Media \& Digital Marketing Executive Expert who can independently handle social media strategy, content, management and paid campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Develop and execute Social Media Strategies and monthly content calendars.

● Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.

● Plan content ideas, campaigns, reels, posts and stories.

● Write engaging captions, copies, hooks and CTAs.

● Plan and manage Paid Ads and optimize campaigns.

● Track social media performance, analytics and KPIs.

● Prepare monthly reports and provide actionable insights.

● Monitor trends, competitors and new social media features.

● Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members.

● Manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.

• *Required Skills**

● Strong knowledge of Social Media Strategy \& Management

● Practical knowledge of AI tools

● Good Content Writing \& Copywriting skills

● Practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads

● Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

● Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X \& YouTube

● Understanding of SEO and digital marketing

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Ability to think creatively and strategically

● Strong proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
