Social Media and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories.
• Monitor comments, messages, and online conversations, and respond to followers in a timely manner.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices.
• Plan and manage campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations when needed.
• Prepare reports and insights to improve future social media performance.
